I have adapted my training approach by utilizing self myofascial release and neuromuscular re-education before and during each training sessions. Self myofascial release is a crucial part of my training style to decrease tension in hypertonic muscles, reestablish proper neuromuscular function, build strength, stability, and aid in injury prevention.
