At Free Motion Therapy, I work with a diverse range of clients. Whether you're someone who doesn’t move much, a weekend warrior, or an elite athlete. My primary focus is working with hockey players, from youth leagues to professional levels.

I have had the privilege of working with Team China’s Women’s National Hockey Team, as well as individual players from the National Hockey League (NHL), American Hockey League (AHL), and Division One hockey programs. Using Neuromuscular Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, and Swedish Massage I was  personalized therapeutic treatments and a combination of modalities which including—I’ve been able to help athletes recover from injuries, reduce pain, prevent future injuries, and enhance their performance. By integrating these techniques with movement re-education, I have helped athletes spend less time sidelined and more time playing.

Each treatment is tailored to meet your individual needs, whether it's pain management, injury prevention, movement re-education, or simply relaxation.
